• a chance to support other sangha members in longer retreats.

Membership exchange - Membership donation is £100 per month. Please note that if you are struggling financially please let us know and we can work out an affordable amount tailored to your situation.

*If you decide becoming a member is not for presently, you can instead donate for access to a session individually or even full modules of classes, which you will have life-long access to. Non-member exchange per class is £10 (or £6 if you are struggling financially). Retreat and full module exchanges will vary, concessions available.
